Peter L. Hudson

Our founder and President Peter L. Hudson has been an accounting and tax professional for over 25 years working primarily with small and medium sized businesses. He is known for "bringing out the best” in the people he serves, which has enabled him to build successful business relationships with our clients. By truly relieving clients of the complexities of tax and accounting administration, clients can concentrate on successfully running their businesses.

With knowledge and expertise acquired from years of experience, Peter has the business skills and leadership ability essential to helping clients manage accounting and tax deadlines, implement payroll, prepare tax projections, and develop budget and cash-flow forecasts. Peter has assisted clients in setting up their own businesses, including their accounting systems using QuickBooks and other accounting software to meet their specific needs and requirements.

Having prepared tax returns for over 25 years, Peter has a profound understanding of the income tax code and knows how to navigate through its' complexities. He has prepared complicated corporate income tax returns, as well as, returns for subchapter S corporation, limited liability companies (LLCs), and partnerships. He has prepared complex individual returns with multiple partnership interests and foreign sourced income to the simplest individual income tax returns. Other tax preparation experience includes returns for estates and trusts.

Peter received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in 1981 from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
